TRG | The Bottom Line – 11/21

This week TRG hosted a 2026 Strategy Session & End of the Year Celebration. We are so grateful for our team members who traveled to TRG headquarters in Nashville, TN for a combination of brainstorming and fun. We brought out the trusty whiteboard to collaborate on our vision for 2026. All we can say is there is exciting news to come, so stay tuned! We also congratulated Steven Ramsey for his hard work in building value for TRG (see his amazing bobble head award above, who happened to join us for dinner)!

To capture the true essence of Nashville, we then headed down to Broadway for the Johnny Cash Museum. Here we explored the history of country music and even had the chance to meet Johnny himself (see photo)! Continuing the excitement, we escaped to the House of Cards. We were blown away by the extravagant décor, delicious food, amazing magic, and most importantly, the sharing of a fun evening with our colleagues.

As we look into the magical crystal ball for 2026, TRG’s outlook is perfectly reflected by Johnny Cash who said, “The more I learn, the more excited I get.”
